MinistrySure Insurance is a registered trade name of RH Sims Insurance Agency, Inc., a licensed insurance agency located at 367 Athens Hwy STE 2300, Loganville, GA 30052. MinistrySure sends optional SMS opt-in for insurance renewal notifications. SMS opt-in is optional. Clients can complete every part of their insurance renewal — contact confirmation, document review, signing, and payment — without consenting to SMS.

What Messages Are Sent
Messages are transactional only — sent during a client’s active insurance renewal cycle. MinistrySure does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Server-Side Enforcement
When a client opts in, the phone number, opt-in confirmation, and timestamp are persisted to their renewal record. SMS sends are gated server-side: any message to a client whose opt-in is not recorded is rejected before it reaches the carrier.
Also Offered During Renewal
The same optional opt-in is also offered to clients during their renewal. Both places collect the same consent with the same disclosures, and opting in is voluntary in either location.
