Add a Building or Location
Use this form to add a new building or location to your ministry's insurance policy. Tell us about the building, upload a photo of each side, and your account manager will handle the rest — including confirming with your carrier when coverage is in place.
Got it. Your account manager will follow up shortly.
Remember — the new location isn't covered until we confirm it's been added to your policy. If occupancy is coming up fast, give us a call.

Common questions about adding a building
What do I need to add a building to my ministry's insurance policy? +
The building's address, when you'll occupy it, whether you own or lease it, how it will be used, basic construction details (square footage, year built, construction and roof type), and photos of each exterior side plus the interior. The form on this page collects all of it in one pass — most ministries finish in about ten minutes.
When is a new building covered after I submit this form? +
Submitting the form does not bind coverage. Your account manager reviews the details, works with your carrier to add the location, and confirms with you once it's on the policy. Submit before you close or take occupancy so there's no gap — and if occupancy is only days away, call us at (770) 716-0180 instead of waiting.
Why do you need photos of every side of the building? +
Carriers use exterior photos of all four sides to verify construction type, condition, and features that affect how the building is valued and rated — things a street-view image misses, like a rear addition or roof wear. The interior photo helps document finishes and contents. Accurate photos up front mean fewer follow-up questions and a faster add.
What if my ministry leases the building instead of owning it? +
Select "Tenant" on the form and include your landlord's name and address. As a tenant your ministry typically insures its contents, any improvements it makes to the space, and liability for its use of the building, while the landlord insures the structure — and your lease may require you to name the landlord as an additional insured. Your account manager will review the lease requirements with you.
