What to do next

  1. Open the report. Compare your numbers against the benchmark ranges line by line.
  2. For any limit that's below benchmark, ask your current agent: "Why this number, and what would it cost to move up a tier?"
  3. If three or more of your limits are below benchmark, that's a signal worth a second opinion.
