Owner
Mike has been in church his whole life, and working with ministries is deeply personal to him. In 2011, he was named both Brotherhood Mutual's Agent of the Year and Rookie of the Year — the same year. He joined MinistrySure to help churches avoid unnecessary obstacles so they can focus on their mission. Mike and his family are actively involved in their local church. Outside of work, he loves disc golf and hiking with his kids.
Owner
Matt joined a church insurance agency in California in 2007 and was named Brotherhood Mutual's Rookie of the Year in 2009 and Agent of the Year in 2015. In 2021, he moved to Georgia to join his brother Mike in growing MinistrySure. Matt and his wife host NG3, a young women's cheerleading ministry, and attend Bethlehem Church in Winder with their two daughters.
Operations Manager
Bobbie was raised in the Church of Christ and values MinistrySure's mission to help ministries stay protected. She attends The Cross Loganville. Outside of work, she loves concerts, live music, and the beach.
Senior Account Manager
Marnie has a heart for the local church — her husband is a pastor and together they run a church campus. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and three kids, reading, and the beach.
Account Manager
Samantha has always had a passion for helping others, and working with ministries allows her to support meaningful missions. She attends Bethlehem Church and grew up serving through the Lawrenceville Co-Op Ministry. Outside of work, she enjoys hockey games and time with her nieces and nephews.
Account Manager
Erin grew up in a ministry family — her parents and grandparents all served as pastors and chaplains with The Salvation Army. That lifelong connection to church life is what drew her to serving ministries at MinistrySure. Outside of work, she loves hiking and being outdoors.
Producer
Gabe wanted to give back to the churches that invested in him growing up. He's a member of Bold Springs Baptist Church, where he serves with the youth group. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fitness, and helping others reach their health goals.
Office Assistant
Beth brings years of experience in insurance and commercial servicing to the MinistrySure team. Some of her fondest memories are of attending First Presbyterian Church with her grandparents, and she's glad to have found a great fit serving ministries. Outside of work, she enjoys learning Spanish, practicing Krav Maga, and spending time with friends, family, and her cats and dogs.
Assistant Account Manager
Morgan has a heart for service — she's trained guide dogs for the blind and currently volunteers at a wildlife rehabilitation clinic. At MinistrySure, she brings that same care to supporting the ministries we serve, helping with day-to-day account needs so nothing gets missed. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cafés and bakeries and hiking with her cat, Carrot Cake.
Operations Consultant
Jack has been serving churches in the insurance industry since 1979, when he joined an agency and discovered his passion for helping congregations find the right coverage. A man of faith since age fourteen, he brings decades of experience and genuine care to every conversation. At 78, Jack stays busy with five children, fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren — plus golf, dancing, and walking his two dogs.
Assistant Account Manager
After a long career in corporate America, Lena was drawn to MinistrySure's family-run culture. Her faith is important to her, and she values the opportunity to serve ministries. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her five grandchildren and reading.
Office Dog
Auggie is a lovable Golden Doodle who joined Matt's family in August 2024. What he may lack in smarts, he makes up for in sweetness. He stops by the office now and then to lift spirits and remind everyone to take a break.
