After-Hours & Weekend Emergencies
For after-hours emergencies, contact your carrier's claims line directly. Brotherhood Mutual's claims line is (800) 333-3371, available Monday through Friday. For property, liability, and auto claims, you can also report online at brotherhoodmutual.com/claims. For workers' compensation, fax the First Report of Injury to your carrier and call MinistrySure the next business day.

How do I report a claim on my church insurance policy? +
Call your carrier directly — Brotherhood Mutual at (800) 333-3371 or Insurance Board at (800) 255-3562. Then contact MinistrySure at (770) 716-0180 so we can help manage the process and advocate on your behalf. The sooner you report, the smoother the claim goes.
What information do I need to file a church insurance claim? +
You'll need your policy number (if available), the date and time of the loss, a description of what happened, photos of any damage, and a police or fire report number if applicable. Don't worry about having everything perfect — report the claim first and gather details as you go.
How long does a church insurance claim take to resolve? +
Simple claims like broken windows or minor water damage often resolve in 2-4 weeks. Larger claims involving roof damage, fire, or liability investigations can take several months. MinistrySure stays involved throughout the process to make sure your claim moves forward and your ministry gets a fair settlement.
